Qaramat
Qaramat was a quick layout that I did in opencart. We used ann taylor as a starting point. The layout was a task to get up and running, but once the jquery popup issues were completed we were able to get a large amount of work done.

SuburbanNoize Records
Here's a layout and development that I did with exmmedia for suburbannoize records. We were able to get alot done in a short amount of time. It's noted that we used some of the layouts from epitaph records along with some custom coding to get some other things laid out. Was a great layout and we pushed it even further.
There is a social networking element to the suburbannoize records website, in its infancy it's liken to The Spot and SlipStream Music. These websites have added features such as allowing users to rate content, upload content, and interact between musicians. This layout was similarly used in the Artivist.com beta site, but without the calendar functionality.

Resvibrant.com
This was a try at a new layout for a lead generation website based on skin rejuvenating products. There was quite a bit of thought put into this one as it needed to be optimized for all browsers. Since there was a large amount of graphic intensity, we made sure to use google fonts for the headers to keep optimization at an easier pace.

Custom 1page websites in a few minutes
Working on a cms that will allow users to create 1page responsive website layouts as easy as I could think it up. It spits out html which is a great nuance, but I'm wondering should it also allow for creating information on the website, or should it just be a simple layout system. Your input would be greatly appreciated.
Here's a sample layout created with the system. Seems to work great for a starting point for a website, then input more functionality into the html as you go. Thinking of adding a wordpress hook so that it will allow for others to create a blog roll without dealing with much hassle on the backend
Test Layouts

JaclynCarina.com
This website was a quick layout, there were going to be a large array of content including a custom jquery gallery and music section, but the artist disappeared. The design is strong, and the creativity taken into it mirrored the model's image, was a shame that we were unable to finalize the layout.
She was about poppin' bottles so I leave you with the only song that I could find that showed her style.

Slipstream Music Group
This was a quick turn around design and development website. Loosely based off of the suburbannoize records website, the layout incorporates the artists, users, functionality with an added content by user functionality for images and music.
Currently in beta, but the website is fully customized which means that a general user is capable of getting a redesign rather quickly. I was commissioned to do this design under then contracting of MonteForbes. Great website design and development for the 3 day deadline that was available.

KarensProduct.com
Skincare is the main focus in this website. We were able to get a comprehensive layout up and running in a few weeks thanks to opencart's MVC layout. There were quite a few pitfalls that were easily fixed due to the ability for the average front-end developer to come in and design without needing to know much about the backend code.
I assisted in front-end and backend development. The backend portion was needed for the skin condition dropdown menu which uses an admin system that allows for the client to link products based on skin conditions. Consideration was focused on easy of use and current admin layout.
Overall this was a great project that turned out great for the people involved in it's creation along with the client itself. Nick Hammonds and Sarah Choi were both great at getting things squared away.

2011 Latin Grammys Live - xfinity/comcast/aeg
2011 was a busy year. This was a quick setup that had to be done with some major skills. We were able to get the website up and live just a few hours before the beginning of the event. Camera's were live and ready within a few hours before the event went live and we were able to get things running smoothly throughout the show. Great work with rxmedia.com and xfinity/comcast.

Happymeal - McDonald's
This flash development project was done while working with the buddy group. I worked on some of the xml layouts before working on the automated systems that were needed to push the application to the top. It was able to push updated games etc. but was not able to push changes for certain pages, which kept it in the buddy groups hands over the years. Great team.
The general layouts were all taken care of in the xml document and needed to be edited directly. With flash development this is an older way of taking care of dynamic information in a flash environment. We now use dynamically created xml documents or json strings to add needed functionality and changes. This along with the use of memcache for page caching, it makes it easier to layout changes.

Bella Nail - Salon
Wine and dine while getting your nails and hair styled. This was a quick layout that Jaclyn Carina wanted me to do for an upcoming salon opening. We ended up working with another company to get the logistics underway. Check out Striptwaxbar for an idea of where their idea is heading.

EntraHealthInsurance Lead Generation Page
LeadGen can make a great product into an even better product. Here's a quick design that I did while working for orangestar inc. out in Emeryville, CA. The Design was based of off a white space meets easy of use design. There really was not much time to think with this one, as we needed to have it done before adtech, but overall the design and coding came great for such a quick timeline.

AceMetrix.com - Corporate Website
Broadcast advertisement has always been a mainstay since ... well since the invention of television. This was another quick turn around project with a fully functional mobile element implemented. With wordpress it did not take that long and I was able to create some custom plugins using their in-house api calls. Overall the majority of the code ended up using shortcode with custom_categories for the video content.

Cleveland Browns Mobile Team Shop.com
One day into your new job and you get a 2 day project thrown at you, without any idea what the design looks like. You know that it's a mobile shop, and that's about it ... what do you do? Call in the A-team and blow up the company that's putting you up to it, is the general answer, but if you have to figure it out civilized then go with magento. That was the solution we had when we realized that a) The company could throw anything at me and I'd find a valid solution 2) I had to prove myself that I could manage a project without it falling apart i) There was a completely new coder that no one knew their skill set.
Magento became the choice because mobile is already built out of the box, changing the majority of the website would be an easy css switch over, and there's added features for a just in case we needed to revert a previous build's inventory to the magento way. Overall, 2 days of css bashing, magento module building, general grinding out got us the mobile store front we were looking for.

Gate Lockdown - Security Logging System
Security is always important with most high end realestate properties. Gatelockdown was one of those security systems that helped facilitate and organize various companies in their security issues. It is a security logging system used for gated communities, and high-rise condominiums. This one took a month to get up and running, with a few tweaks and a major design overhaul at the end. I was under the gun to get this one up and running before the beginning of the year, and some major logistics were missing before the big push at the end, but we were able to get things patched up which was surprising to the client.
Exporting, dynamic real-time graphs, and an array of other very interesting ideas under the hood. If you have any questions about this software please feel free to contact me and I will point you in the right direction. As of right now, all access is limited.

Women Of Distinction - Logo Design
These were done while working for the Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio Council. Fresh out of college, and fresh into ideas. They asked for a full fledged design for their awards, and I came up with what I could. Mind you, this was while doing print design work (which included spot checking, and spell checking :o), network administration, IT management, web development, and cookie deliveries. Steady hand, steady head.
sidenote: the silhouette used was from one of my co-workers who ended up winning top honors that year.

BellaBoutique
This was another quick turn around ... figure out how to pull together a linkshare account into a profitable website based on fashion that you know nothing about and you get the aforementioned website. Great design, but i'm working out the kinks on the pricing and the general advertisements.

WhyHighlander.com - Toyota
This flash development website was created with the new 2008 Toyota Highlander in mind. Working with The Buddy Group we were able to complete revamp the functionality in the old Why Tundra and Why Toyota pages into an interactive video website.
We were able to get accolades for the whyhighlander flash development website received many awards for its accomplishments and use of creative talents for the following awards.
Telly Awards - WhyHighlander.com - Automotive category
The Toyota WhyHighlander website was also featured in the 2008 San Diego International Auto Show at the Toyota Kiosk.
Overall this website was a great success and allowed a great deal of ingenuity out in into the general public's eyes. Closed captioning, video information cueing, and fullscreen expansion abilities were available for this full featured flash development website.

NBC Universal Marketplace - flash development
NBC was a great project to work on. This one took the cake. NBC Universal needed a website that would distribute advertisement content through a flash development platform. Our solution? Take an existing static xml driven website and custom build a dynamic cms system that would create the xml's for the content on the fly.
Flash development came a long way with this website when we created a large array of industry achievements, not only in the web development section, but also in the broadcasting and advertisement (online and offline) realm. This website allowed for NBC to display their lineups quicker because of the easy of use for advertisers to see performance ratings for shows, time slots, and generally get their feet wet without losing money.
This is what a fully functional web app should look like and work, with a helpful matrix of ideas mixed in with multi-media and animation.
The Buddy Group did an amazing job with this one, and I was proud to work on this one from beginning to end.

Museum Tower Dallas - Salesforce
While working at Intercommunications I had the opportunity to work on many great website designs for developing and pre-existing architect projects. One of which was Museum Tower Dallas.com . This website was an all flash design at its infancy and was one of the few websites to connect flash to outside services.
The contact form used SalesForce as its crm and we were able to keep the flash animations and fluidity with custom connect code to the salesforce backend. Overall this was a great project, and we also were the first few websites to use deeplinking in flash to allow for the use of the browsers back and history button.
Great overall design, and a great website and project in general.
